A calm shared space works when everyone follows a few simple rules. Quiet nights, clean common areas, and mutual respect. The owner lives here too — these rules are lived, not just posted.
Simple, clear, consistent. These rules exist so everyone — short-term guests and long-term residents alike — can sleep well, work, and feel at home.
No noise after 22:00. No calls, no music without headphones, no conversations in the hallway. 60%+ of guests stay long-term and work during the day — sleep matters. This is the single most important rule.
No cigarettes, vapes, or IQOS inside the apartment. Smoking is only on the balcony, with the balcony door fully closed. Ash goes in the ashtray, not out the window.
Zero tolerance for drugs — any violation means immediate eviction without refund. Alcohol is not consumed on the premises. The hostel is a place to rest and work, not to party.
Kitchen: wash your dishes immediately after eating. Bathroom: leave the sink and shower area dry for the next person. Common areas: return items where you found them. The owner cleans weekly — daily tidiness is on everyone.
Every guest gets a full-length personal locker in their room. Store valuables, documents, and electronics. Bring your own padlock or use one provided by the hostel. The hostel is not responsible for unsecured items.
Guests come from different countries, professions, and backgrounds. Some are asleep at 23:00. Some are on a work call at 14:00. Keep conversations in common areas at normal volume. Headphones for any audio. Tolerance is not optional.
Victor lives in the hostel. Problems get solved immediately — but expectations are also enforced immediately. This is what keeps the atmosphere consistent.
If the Wi-Fi drops at midnight — it gets fixed. If a guest is noisy after 22:00 — the owner hears it and acts. If something breaks — it's handled the same day. You're not renting from a faceless company. You're staying in someone's home. The rules are the price of that quality.
The essentials. Read them once, follow them always.
Guests consistently say the atmosphere here is different — calmer, cleaner, more professional. That's not luck. It's the result of clear boundaries, consistently enforced.
